Prices
All prices given are in Australian Currency (AUD) and include GST. Due to volatile PC Market, prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, pricing is C.O.D. at Navada.com.au's or its suppliers' facilities, and does not include freight or installation. Navada.com.au is not responsible for typographical or database pricing errors. Modification of orders by the customer after order acceptance by Navada.com.au may result in a change in price to reflect material and labor expenses incurred by Navada.com.au, in making said modifications. Prices are final at the time of the sale.

Returns
If you wish to return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out the Return Request Form below and click the "Submit" button when you are finished.

The form must be submitted within 7 calendar days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid for 10 calendar days from issue date. Products received by Navada.com.au with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to Customer at Customer’s expense. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number and All Returns must be shipped prepaid via any common carrier (i.e. AustPost ). Tracking information is required.

Navada.com.au reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and includes original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Defective Products - Defective products may be returned to Navada.com.au for repair or replacement, at Navada.com.au's discretion, within 7 calendar days from the invoice date.

Opened and/or Unopened Non-Defective Returns - Opened and/or unopened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement are subject to a restocking fee and must be completed within 7 calendar days from the invoice date.

Software, Licenses and Consumable items - All open Software, Licenses and Consumable items (i.e. Paper, Pens, Ink or Toner cartridges) are NOT returnable.

Exception - All returns for any reason on computers, laptops, monitors, scanners, printers and digital cameras will be accepted directly by Navada.com.au for repair or replacement ONLY, at the discretion of Navada.com.au within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.

Inoperable Items (DOA) - Cannon, Hewlett-Packard and IBM products may be returned to Navada.com.au for repair or replacement ONLY, at Navada.com.au's discretion. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. All Freight and Insurance charges are non-refundable.

Warranty
The only applicable warranties will be provided by the manufacturers of the equipment listed herein. Navada.com.au will act on the Customer's behalf with the manufacturers to obtain warranty service, if required. If warranty service is required, Navada.com.au shall assist in upholding Customer's rights under these warranties, including labor, at the prevailing rate.Any software is warranted only if, and to the extent of existence of, the applicable manufacturer's warranty and is distributed by Navada.com.au on an as-is basis without warranty by Navada.com.au.

Navada.com.au does not warrant that the operation of any equipment or of any programs will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all programming errors will be corrected.Navada Computers MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES AS TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Navada Computers SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS CUSTOMER'S CHOICE OF HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE THAT IS AND HAS BEEN THE INSTRUMENTAL FACTOR IN THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCTS FOR PURPOSES AND USES INTENDED BY THE CUSTOMER.IN NO EVENT SHALL Navada.com.au be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with, or arising out of, the furnishing, performance or use of any product or services covered by this agreement. Responsibility and/or liability of Navada.com.au shall, in connection with any product or service, be limited in maximum amount to the original purchase price of that product or service.

Customer agrees that products and equipment shall be used in manner described by the original manufacturer thereof, otherwise any applicable warranty will become null and void. Any applicable warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and is contingent upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance in conformance with applicable recommendations of manufacturer.

Payment
Title passes to the Customer when merchandise is delivered to the Customer (or freight carrier) at Navada.com.au's or its suppliers' facilities. If Navada.com.au is to install any system at the Customer's site, then title shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery. Navada.com.au reserves the right to make partial shipments. Each shipment shall be a separate transaction and payment shall be made accordingly. Customer hereby grants to Navada.com.au a security interest in the equipment as security for the performance by customer of all its obligations in this agreement. Customer agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Navada.com.au associated with the collection of any monies owed to Navada.com.au by Customer or Customer's agents.

Delivery
Delivery shall be C.O.D. Navada.com.au or its suppliers' facilities, with shipping charges to be pre-paid by Customer to carrier. Regardless of whether shipping arrangements are made by Customer or Navada.com.au, risk of loss shall pass to Customer upon delivery by Navada or Navada's supplier, to carrier. In the absence of specific written instructions on the face of this document, Navada will select the carrier, but shall not thereby incur any responsibility or liability in connection with shipment, nor shall the carrier be construed to be an agent of Navada Computers.

Navada.com.au shall not be liable for any damages or penalty for delay in delivery or for failure to give notice of delay when such delay is due to the elements, acts of God, delays in transportation, delays in delivery by Navada's vendors or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Navada. The scheduled delivery date shall be extended by a period equal to the time lost because of any such delay.

International Shipping Policy
Navada is currently unable to ship orders outside of Australia nor are we able to accept orders from non Australian residents. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside of Australia. Navada.com.au makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside of West Australia.

Rebate Redemption
Use of manufacturer rebates is limited to any terms or conditions as determined by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any questions or comments regarding product rebates.

Acceptance
Customer agrees to accept the listed equipment, programs, and programming services under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Customer further agrees, with respect to equipment and programming, to accept responsibility for 1) their selection to achieve the Customer's intended results, 2) their use and 3) the results obtained therefrom. Customer also has the responsibility for the selection and use of, and results obtained from, any other equipment, programs or services used with the equipment and programming.

The terms and conditions of sale contained herein supersede all agreements made and purchase orders submitted to and accepted by Navada. All sales shall be final once accepted by Customer. Navada is under no obligation to refund or exchange merchandise. Navada is entitled to reasonable storage fees for any merchandise left on its premises. Deposits or prepayments made prior to delivery are also non-refundable.

Speed Statement
Certain devices and Peripherals speeds: In making claims related to the speed of products, Navada.com.au has relied on the promotional materials supplied by its suppliers.

All matters pertaining to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of State of Western Australia.
